Sunday Post #113: Dragon Ball Super was (Finally!) Dubbed and NOBODY TOLD ME!

Welcome to The Sunday Post hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer, where I talk about what is going on in life and the blog, and show you all the bookish things I got that week!

What I've been doing:

So, I had the worst anxiety a week ago on Sunday while I was at work. It just came out of nowhere! Luckily, the little girl I take care of was asleep, so I had time to get over it. Then, later that same week, I had another episode of anxiety, this time less intense, and it was all thanks to the news that were on in the living room while I was eating dinner. Just... the things going on in the world right now... I love reading dystopian books as much as the next booknerd, but I sure as hell don't want to live in one! *sigh* Anyway, I saw a pin on Pinterest about a song that's supposed to decrease panic attacks/anxiety by 65%!!

There’s a song that’s been proven to reduce anxiety by 65%. It’s called Weightless by Macaroni Union, and it was specifically designed to slow your heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and lower cortisol levels. It’s so effective that it’s dangerous to...:

So I tried it out and listened to it that first day while I was at work, and after about 40 minutes I felt SO much better!! Now, I don't know if it actually worked or if it was the power of suggestion, but both times I have listened to this song, it has definitely helped my anxiety!

What I've been watching:

‘Dragon Ball Super’ Episode 38 Title Unveiled, Exciting Twists Await Fans - http://www.movienewsguide.com/dragon-ball-super-episode-38-title-unveiled-exciting-twists-await-fans/183210:

Guys, Dragon Ball Super has finally been dubbed, and 2 out of my 3 brothers knew and they DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME! What the hell, dudes! Luckily, only 3 episodes had been released (4 as of right now). So I caught up on the first two episodes, and right after finishing up this post (on Saturday night), I'm gonna go catch up on the next two :) I am SOOO excited!! The second episode was amazing! I adore Vegeta! :D

dragon ball super Vegeta and his family :): Trunks, Bulma, and Vegeta - Awww!:

Vegeta keeps his promises.... Awwww!

😍😍😍

What I've been listening to:

Pretty good with crazy twist. It's 36 minutes long. I think it's worth it ;)

The Wendall Lane Diaries: 5 parts almost 2 hours all together (I listened to this this story while I did my nails... but also listen to these when I'm driving to and from work... check them out if you have time to kill). And even though there are 5 parts, they're sort of like an anthology that surrounds one house on this street. So you don't necessarily need to read/listen to all of them to understand what's going on.

However, I do have two parts that I liked more than the others... The 3rd part, By Your Bootstraps, is definitely my favorite! Another one I recommend is part 1, The Curious Case of Stephen Haim, it was also very good and twisted!

P.S. The stories are narrated by the cast of Ash vs Evil Dead, so if you like that show, it's a plus ;)
